Ryan Smith not playing?

KVLY just reported that Ryan Smith was not out for warm ups and probably won't play due to his hamstring.

He eventually came out for warm ups but wasnt running hard and stood on the sidelines all game with no helmet.

The break between now and UNI should be good for him. The training staff needs to work some magic

I believe he re-injured the hammy on the third day of Fall camp. I was surprised to see him returning punts against RMU. It didn't look like he hurt it during that game so he probably tweaked it in practice last week.

Prior to the CSU game there were a list of Bison players with injuries and Smith's name was on it.

I wonder if a hamstring can be rated as severe or mild. Just curious about the recovery time.
