    Most of those charged admitted to forging names. I wonder if that is "proof" of guilt.

    Source is the Forum based on their review of the charges. One admitted forging 100% of his names. Ojuri estimated 40% of his.

    The "day in court" will be for sentencing apparently.

    Williams thinks about half his signatures were forged, Ojuri 30-40%.

    Ojuri got a $10 bonus if he had 80 or more signatures per 8 hour shift.

    So if the terms of employment were illegal that should mean that all signatures are not valid so all charges should be dropped.
