This is such a tough question to answer from the outside. Being a coach myself...every situation has different circumstances different factors, different kids. Fair doesnt always mean treating every kid exactly the same. Thats hard to hear from an outsiders perspective and when you are talking about serious infractions that line isnt so gray...but trust me its not always easy on the inside either. I trust coach bohl will do whats best for the kid in each situation because as an educator (coach or teacher) thats what your job is.

I agree completely. People assume that everyone should be treated the same, in reality, as you said, treating people differently is sometimes the "fair" thing to do. It depends on circumstances, timing, history, etc.

Because disciplinary issues are mostly gray area, it is important to have a "judge"/coach who understands this and is discerning enough to see what is needed. I feel confident as a booster and an alumnus in putting my trust in Coach Bohl to make the decision that is "fair" to everyone concerned.

Actually,, I'm glad Bohl doesn't tolerate anything. They are getting a free ride, live by the rules.
