Jemison is unlikely to ever be 100% and will likely only see spot duty. Rodgers is slowed by a hamstring injury and Sonnenfeld is learning the position.

It could be a tough year for the crew in the middle of the defense with the lack of depth. And before you all jump on my ass for saying that, when asked about the difference between the LB situation last year versus this year Coach Stanard said "That's the difference from last year-the depth. We had depth last year".
i think the starters are as good as any year with littlejohn beck and olson. Jemison will be at least as good as he was last year.
i think we have plenty of able bodies. Dinwiddie and Scolarie have to know the system by now. Lavoy looked great in the spring game. Rogers will eventually get his hammy back. i think Jacob Davis is physically ready and we can bring him along slowly

hell were so deep in the secondary we could easily go the sam Houston route and make nickel your base defense

I know the staff is really high on Dinwiddie. At the spring game Cole Jirik stopped by our bus. I asked him who to look out for and he said DeShawn. He said everyone on the defense loves his energy and athleticism he brings. Jirik said he will be a stud once he learns more about the system.

That's good to hear. And we can certainly ease him into the lineup with 3 solid starters. Sciolere started in the middle for the spring game. Actually Sciolere, Dinwidde, and Lavoy were the starters. They seemed to perform well as a unit. Sciolere didn't show up much on the stat sheet though but not sure if that means much.

It looks like De'Sean is going to transfer out. Makes sense, didn't look like he was going to find a lot of reps here. Sucks, hurts depth, but good luck to him. Once a Bison, always a Bison.
Now this is the law of the prairie
As old and as true as the sky
And the Bison that keep it will prosper
And the Bison that break it will die
As the creeper that girdles the tree trunk
This law is the final word:
For the strength of the Herd is the Bison
And the strength of the Bison is the Herd.

Gotta balance the books. Expecting at least 3 more names to transfer and one to hang cleats up from injuries. still working to confirm details

I was wondering how that was going to work. Stick looks good and you know they're getting RJ reps to help him when he's ready in '16
