    Default DeSean Warren

Per Kolpack Twitter, Desean has torn his ACL, in the opposite knee he had torn in the past. Ouch.

That blows. At least it happened early. May be ready to go next year if he can get it fixed quickly. Obviously he will get a medical redshirt if needed .

Doesn't he have to use up his regular redshirt first? Medical redshirts only get granted on a case by case review for a 6th year in the program if needed. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

I realize it is unexpected, but you are correct.

Your right. At least he has a full year to recover. This kid is worth the wait. Very talented

Kolpack also had a blurb about it in the paper today, along with Hushka requiring a second surgery to repair his knee injury from spring ball. The article also talked about the lack of depth at all LB positions. Starting three of Olson, Beck and Littlejohn is set, after that nobody knows. Jemison is unlikely to ever be 100% and will likely only see spot duty. Rodgers is slowed by a hamstring injury and Sonnenfeld is learning the position.

It could be a tough year for the crew in the middle of the defense with the lack of depth. And before you all jump on my ass for saying that, when asked about the difference between the LB situation last year versus this year Coach Stanard said "That's the difference from last year-the depth. We had depth last year".

I don't think anybody would jump on you Neil. Losing Wilson alone is a big hole to fill, the man was a beast.
