It would be a ton of work to run BI as a side job I am sure. They did an awesome job building BI into what it is today!

Drago didn't buy into the mag...he bought it outright.

This will fit well with Drago's experience with his other magazines. He is excited with the opportunity. We should all be grateful to Dave and Jamie and all others involved for having the magazine the past five years.

Dave and Jamie did a great job with Bison Illustrated. Glad to hear Drago is taking it over. We are really fortunate to have such a quality publication for NDSU. Thanks again Dave, Jamie, and all the others on the BI staff! And Good Luck to Drago!

Drago once told me a long time ago that he wanted to get into the mag publishing business. He and I would discuss different genres/ideas for magazines.

It's great to hear that his dream is taking off.

Thanks for all of the kind words everyone! Starting and building Bison Illustrated has been a wonderful adventure and now we are as anxious as everyone else to see what Drago does with it.

So how do you choose who to feature on the next cover? MBB or wrestling?

You make one of those issues where one is the BBteam and then you flip it and the cover is Monk.
One is a team, one is out there all alone winning. Pretty big stuff from both
