    My wife drove by the Fargodome this afternoon and said the new turf has arrived!

    Izzo showed the rollers for the pit being unloaded, and worked on. Turf will take 10 to 14 days to attach. Comes in strips and it needs to be
    attached to each other, and then to the rollers.

    Makes sense to do it this week and next. Ribfest might be the biggest annual event that doesn't need the floor. The FD can install the turf and still make money at the same time.

    wday.com reports the project should be finished by July 10th. http://www.wday.com/event/article/id/64629/ Their story doesn't offer any peeks of the new surface.

    There will be no peek at the new surface until there is a new surface to peek at. I am sure they will bend over backwards to provide looks at the new surface when it is installed.
