Dumbass or liar, it doesn't really matter, the results are the same.
Holmberg: "Well look at NDSU's tuition waivers." What does that have to do with state funding? I wish that he and his cronies could make up their minds whether NDSU is charging too much or too little tuition.

When you read Holmbergs answer, he really gives himself away to being a und homer and wishes to favor them heavily. There is really no point to arguing with someone with such a bias. The only solution would be to get rid of him and replace him with a person who is fair and equitable.
