Default TSN Giving Indiana State Players a lot of attention

Well, according to Sports Network the best RB and the best LB in the MVFC hail from Indiana State.

The best LB in the MVFC is supposed to be Aaron Archie of Indiana State.

The best RB in the MVFC is supposed to be Shakir Bell, not much of a surprise there.

Indiana State is going to a force in the conference I think, if they keep recruiting as well as they have been lately.

They will be a hard game gladits here, they lost their FBS transfer QB, and stud DL Obeseki

So they have to build around a totally new and green QB

Coach Miles is a great coach and will continue to recruit well. Indiana High School football has made great strides in the past 10 years but IU and Purdue continue to focus their recruiting in Florida and Texas. Notre Dame has never focused on Indiana. Indiana State will compete with Ball State for the next level of talent.

I think that Ben Obaseki was only a junior this season. They could be really good depending on how their QB situation works out.

aw yes you are correct, for some reason it stood out in my mind he was a junior, so it all lies on the QB

Top ten QBs in FCS, two mentioned from the MVFC (two from Big Sky also), and no, Brock was not one of them.

Interestingly, the SMU QB who beat out Bovi Levi Mitchell for the starting job there is now transferring to, you got it, Eastern Washington!

They can have all the best players all they want, I'll take the best TEAM anyday...and on paper anyone can look like the best player, but results speak much louder than any statistics I've ever seen.

I remember some of the 'best' players coming into the Fargodome during the playoffs last year and doing exactly jack squat.

Finally a Bison player makes the top ten list on TSN.

Marcus Williams made the top 10 DB list, but just barely. He came in at #10. He is, however, only one of two Jr on the list.
