Interesting that he is the 3rd NDSU O-linemen brought in since Rex got there. Buckman, Tadisch and now Cornick. Is there some NDSU connection with him or his staff?

He's a hard nosed guy that likes tough, hard nosed players. All the connection you need...

So, what the official "knock" on Cornick? After watching him this year, I thought he was a shoe in draft pick. Now, he has not even signed an official free agent contract. Injuries?

He couldn't do some of the combine stuff because of injuries.

The Jets announced 10 UFA's - undrafted free agents - one who is an OL
6' 5" 300 lb John Cullen from Utah

Also 23 "tryout" players, 4 of whom are OL's in addition to Cornick

Only one of their 2012 draft picks is an OL - 6th rd pick - 6' 6" 335 lb RG Robert T Griffin from Baylor -
blocked for some QB also named Robert Griffin - RG3

    Good Luck & good health!

In looking around the Jets site, didn't see any mention of Paul Cornick from the tryout camp. They
did mention signing 3 players from the tryout camp - WR Royce Pollard from Hawaii, OL Fred Koloto and
a QB named Simms (Matt), whose Dad is Phil of NFL fame.
