    Default Bohl

Just curious what did Bohls total Compensation package come to this year with the NC?

If I remember on top of his base is a bonus package for Making the Playoffs, Winning the Conference, each Playoff win and the Title along with Ticket revenue correct?

    Anyone know

"Taylor said the base salary of the contract is $196,668, beginning July 1. The contract includes incentives for a Missouri Valley Football Conference championship ($10,000), NCAA Football Championship Subdivision playoff home ($5,000) and away ($2,500) games, a FCS runner-up finish ($10,000) and a FCS championship ($15,000)."

You'd have to scale back if you had to live on his budget, though. Amiright?

So Bohl made $197K (base) + $10K (MVFC champ) + $15K (3 home playoff games) + $15K (FCS champ) + xxK (% of ticket sales) + xxK (for Bohl Show). That's 237K plus maybe $10K for ticket bonus and and another $10K for Bohl Show. That is a total of $257K, not to mention all the benefits of celebrity status in Fargo.

It's about $60k for media obligations*. That puts him at roughly $300k + the ticket bonus. His last contract was 3% of single game and season ticket sales. I don't know if that number was carried over to the current contract. To get a rough ticket bonus number, I'm going to make a lot of assumptions. First, that playoff games don't count. Second, that the average non-paying attendance was 4k per game. Finally, that the average ticket price was $21. Using those assumptions, I figure the ticket bonus was around $54k. That seems a little high, so perhaps some of my assumptions were wrong. Still, it at least gives you a high-end to the bonus. Figure he made somewhere between $330k to $350k this year.

*the $60k came from a WDAY report made after the national championship. - http://www.wdaz.com/event/article/id...blisher_ID/29/
