Seattle is transitioning up from D-2 and was in the NAIA as recently as 2001, and Denver? Well, Denver has been D-1 since 1998, or about the same timeframe as IUPUI, UMKC, Oakland, and IPFW.
And I notice you left out UT-Arlington. There's a program with a long standing history in D-1. Like 40 years. Of mediocrity.
