The Bison wrestlers head west this weekend.

Fri Jan 20 8pm - Boise State L 16-21
Sun Jan 22 4pm - Oregon State L 13-20

These two teams will be travelling to Fargo next season.

I dont know the college protocol for weigh-in allowances post-Christmas and post-duel BUT...

In high school, I hated when duels had a day in between. If you wrestled back-to-back nights, the 2nd night, they allowed you to be a pound heavier. But with a day in between, you didn't get that pound, which might surprise some of you as not being a big deal, but it really is. If the other team didn't have a duel like you did a couple days prior, I always gave them a big edge on having energy, because they had more time to get their weight back in check unlike your team. After Christmas, we got an extra 2 pounds for the rest of the season. Which was always nice.
