How does this page work it shows ND with like 5.5 billion in debt?? Assuming that is all liabilities it owes that aren't currently due? It does show spending as 1 billion less than revenue though so that shows the surplus of approximately 1 billion? California's deficit would be approximately $22 billion? Guess I should pay more attention in the economics class I've never had!

I'm sure there's a little learning curve. The guy we had before put together some AMAZING videos that were second to none. Give the new guy a year or two to adapt to our expectations which I think all of us could say are pretty high.
