I see we are only 230 some days away from loading the coolers, so I thought we should get something going to keep everybody up to date with new ideas and anything important to the west lot. After all, WE ARE THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!!!!!! Please post anything that has to do with this coming years festivities.

I have a recipe for Chipoltes barbacoa and the lime cilantro rice that I have used and its excellent. I think I will make a bunch for a tailgate this next year and see how its received.
