I'm looking at getting a small portable generator this year to run a few things. Maybe a tv, radio, crockpot, etc.

Any recommendations?

Like TAILG8R said, Honda's are by far the best and quietest. However, there is nothing wrong with a cheapy $300 genset.

What kind of trailer did you get?

6X12 with a 2'V. Gonna be better for taking on road trips. Sold our 8.5X20, was to big to pull unless we brought a big truck. Didnt always sit well with the wife.

Unfortunately it does say Bisons on the site but I will give him a pass since the product is so nice. It is a very heavy duty grilling utensil and feels solid, hopefully should stand up very well.
