We need to establish exactly where it is that "old guys" vs. "young guns" is drawn, assuming we're sticking with that division of teams. 25 or younger? 30 or younger?

If you guys can fill a team of Bisonville members...I think it should be 25 and under...but that is just me. I do think it needs to be an active member of BV, though...

<25 might be tricky to fill out an 10-15-sized roster with, but I suppose we can get it started. Obviously I'd be on that team.
