It's really comical. I'm starting to think she is a closet UND fan and wants them to lose. I would be hard pressed to find one thing positive said by her. Sure they're not a good team right now, but just like the NDSU football team finally lost after 5 national championships, this team will improve to a point where they are not a bottom dweller. Just like you can't stay on top forever, there are not a lot of teams who are really crappy forever. This team used to be a national power at DII. I believe that sometime in the future, this team will eventually win the summit.

I was flipping back and forth between the Men and Womens games on DirecTV and I have to say the ladies took a big step forward tonight. Yeah it sucks we lost in the last second to a great team but DAMN you can just see how this team is coming together. Can't remember the last time I was pumped up watching the ladies. I think this game may be one of those moments when everything just started to click and all the youth is gelling. Good work ladies!

How did they reverse the 3 ball by Thunstedt? From what I saw, it looked like a 3 and the announcers thought the same...that 1 point was a huge deciding factor at the end of the game...

They reversed it after watching the video. The refs correctly indicated "2" when the shot went in, but the scorekeeper gave us 3. I knew the score was incorrect before anyone at the scoring table did.

What video did they watch? Don't tell me they have their own cameras, the budget isn't that great in the Summit...

Nice job tonite. Bunnies were without Miller Stevens and Ober. Miller out for the season. Exposes sdsu depth. But missing three starters I would hope that we would compete. Plus the bunnies couldn't make a free throw keeping it close.

Finishing close games is something young players need to learn. I thought Reilly Jacobson looked really good. Hopefully they can build on this one.

There were bright spots last night. Ladies competed hard and were in the game. Like B98 said young teams need to learn how to close out and win tight games.

Pretty poor comparison to the football team. The WBB team has been horrible for almost the entire time at D1 and there is nowhere to go but up when you are a horrible team. Sure these freshman will improve, they should, but this is Walseth's third year now and this team hopefully shows improvement.

Does a close loss to a depleted SDSU team mean anything? I don't know, we'll see.

Having watched many WBB games in the old BSA when I was at NDSU, any one of those teams would boat race this D1 team. Granted, I have only watched 2 games this year.

Hopefully, the WBB program will get better but the only place to go is up....right?
