imo, that is when she should have been fired for not doing the job
she was hired to do.
What we have is 3 wins and very little attendance.

CD was hired to right the ship & get it to ride at or near the tops of the waves.
Instead, 5 yrs. later, she has the program in a submarine headed for the ocean floor.

Agreed. I just hope that nobody thinks that a new coach will instantly solve the problem. I know basketball programs CAN be turned around reasonably quickly but it takes the right circumstances and commitment from the top down. I think this situation will take more time than others.

I believe this is the last year on her contract... people were having this discussion last year and some thought last year was the last one.

I would guess it would be her yearly salary, which I think it would be difficult to pay 100k+ and have enough money to find a qualified coach.

If they would show ANY signs of improvement, I would be more inclined to let it ride out. I don't think we have seen any signs of such improvement. In fact, it has become down right embarassing.

This is coming from a huge basketball fan who never missed a game when I was in Fargo. I would not walk across the street to see this product now.
