I tried following your shortcut above -- same 'Google chrome frame' ad comes up.
I can see a Bison page under the ad.
I'm using Windows and Internet Explorer, and have never had Chrome.
Try hitting F11 to go full screen and see if you can find a place to close the ad in the newly uncovered area. You could also try hitting esc, or hitting tab* and then space repeatedly. (tab moves you from button to button, and space pushes the button - it sometimes works if the button you are trying to push does not appear on your screen). If you can, you also might try increasing the resolution of your screen. It might uncover the button you are trying to find.

*I like this option because tab deserves to be hit as often as possible. Am'I right?

I had to reduce my page to the 50% level, but I could then close the google ad!
(I had tried 75% two weeks ago with no luck)
btw, I tried F11, nothing. When I held down F11 it locked up the computer so that
I couldn't close any page and had to shut off the PC by holding in the power button.
At least I can now make my way into all-access!
Thanks, the help was much appreciated.

So the short version is you couldn't get it up, and then settled for half mast. Worked for No Skill.*

I guess it depends on if you need color or not. And also look into how much replacement toner/ink will cost you in the future.

I do not have a color printer, its a samsung laser printer/scanner/copier. I've had it almost 10 years.

I have wifi HPs at home and at the office. I take the cart rages in to the bookstore and they refill them. Costco refills too. At least they had a booth haven't seen it for awhile. Might have moved it.

Would like a color printer. Needs to scan also. What is better--ink jet or laser? Which is more cost effective when it come to the ink? Is one brand better than others. I have a Dell V715w now and have never liked it and it is now not working. My budget is around 200.00. Do I need to spend that much?
