No user group that I can see, and no results if I type in the phrase you mentioned. I think these are a few more of the downsides of being on a PC as opposed to an Iphone or Ipad. Will keep trying, I guess.

I got a bunch of results with that phrase. I am using DuckDuckGo as my search engine which may yield different results than others. I will need to retreat to my computer later tonight. When I do I will PM you some of those links.

In the help section on my Instagram acct., I did come across this when asking how to download videos.

2. Click Select from computer and choose a video or drag and drop a video file. The supported file formats are mp4 and quicktime.

As I mentioned before, the video files I am looking to download are .MOV files. Again, might this problem be the result of my operating from a PC instead of an iPhone?

If you have an iPhone just get the iPad. You'll be comfortable with how it works.

I had an I pad. Then upgraded to I pad air. I bought a USB port for it and have broken up with my lap top.
I also have an I pencil which is fun to use.
Grandkids have I pad minis which they love. Can’t go wrong with any of them
