Not good news.

Peace out Beatlejuice!
So what are the options?
NKU? They want to go DI but have been looking at the OVC
Minnesota State? Their hockey team has been left to die in a horrible conference, they could cut football and really make a niche for themselves with DI hoops.
Any other ideas??? Crazy dream idea would be to add Air Force since their AD wants to step down to a level where they will be more competitive but the Summit might be too much of a step down.
We need to have 10 schools.
The Ironic thing: If UND didn't have the Nickname sword swinging inches from their heads, their invitation to the Big Sky would have been seen as one of the most brilliant moves since all the Dakota schools went to DI.

It has some bad points to lose them but it also has some good points. Not a death blow to the summit and pretty much expected. They wont be whining about the tourney in the upper midwest then.
Nope, that would be Doug Elgin....
