What are they replacing the old tennis courts with? It looks like more Parking or new new tennis courts? Is there a current and up to date master plan? Thanks, I will hang up listen.

The tennis courts are going to become part of R lot.

Good news, good news, bad news, and hopeful news. The SHAC is on-time and on-budget so far, the basketball practice facility will be ready by this October(a year ahead of original plans), the old wooden seating in the upper section is going to remain, and ML is going to try and get that seating replaced(if he can find some extra funds by the sound of it).

Orange and brown seats, although old, ugly, and outdated, are plastic not wood IIRC.

I thought they were wood painted with a heavy gloss paint, but it was dark every time I sat up there and I could easily be wrong. I do remember them as being fairly uncomfortable. Like they were an inch shorter than they should have been or something.

The BMB has a couple short videos from the inside of the SHAC:

(I like how both of them autoplay at the same time.)
