During tailgate. As a matter of fact I had stopped and visited with those people before the game. Heard about it at half time.

We should be thankful that crime is so low in Fargo that the biggest crime the police can think of is to go sting beer in a tailgate lot.

Yea it's not like Fargo sits at intersection of I 94 and I 29 and the Fargo police could focus on the drugs 24-7

Like it or not this is way it works in Fargo, Cass county etc.
person xxx gets busted for minor in possession or drinking. The Person xxx is asked where you got it. If they turn its right there....then
law enforcement sends in person xxxx along with another officer or 2 for witness. If person xxx gets a beer, then the person with the beer gets busted.

If its a business they gets a fine against the employee, and the business at Tailgating, guess its the person who has the beer.

guess the process is if you don't know the person and they ask for a beer or shot, don't give it to them.....Sorry if I used word group, but this is generalization, and of course in LAW its a lot more specivic.

Apparently they then went around checking.
Not our group but a friends had signs up about being 21.

Call it what you may, but is very probably the process they use or close. Actually for a business they probably find out that xxx can go multiple times, then do their sting.
