No, it's Ronald Reagan/MADD that caused these problems. The drinking age does not need to be 21. It really shouldn't. If the drinking age was 19, then guess what, TAYLOR WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN BREAKING THE LAW!!
I do not blame any 18-20 year old in the United States who has had a minor in possession of alcohol. Never have and never will as long as 21 is in effect.

The only problem with what you just said is that is is the LAW that you must be 21. Change the law and then it will be OK, don't and its NOT OK.

And if the speed limits didn't exist, I wouldn't have to pay tickets for speeding. The law is the law, and if you break it, you pay the consequences. The merits of the law are debatable, but Taylor is 100% accountable for not respecting the law in the first place.
