    Default Minot Flooding

Doesn't sound good for us out here. Starting to do evacuations. We will be a foot higher than the dike that was built up. UGH!

Mandatory evacuation now for the valley by Wednesday evening. 10,000 cfs + for Thursday. Yeah TJ you're a dick! Just kidding. I agree but if the imperial east couldn't get it done how will the west. lol

Easy. The West will get something simply because they are not the East.

Heard that Donnybrook got just over 4 inches of rain overnight. The Des Lacs is running high and hard.

Default Flooding causes evacuation in Minot

Parts of Minot are under a mandatory evacuation order due to flooding predictions. Some zones are under an immediate evacuation order, and the rest of the town that is in the valley must evacuate by late tomorrow. You wouldn't believe the mess it's caused.

The water is almost up to the bridge level in most parts of town. And according to those who keep track of this sort of thing, the crest is expected to occur sometime Thursday, and is predicted to be one foot HIGHER than the current level of the dikes. The national guard and others are doing what they can and God bless them for it.

Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. I'm sure things will work out okay, but you just never know.
