Usually I like cheering against Michigan in all sports but I have never rooted harder for the maze and blue as I did tonight. I love watching the sioux lose. Great record, 16 game unbeaten streak, Hobey Baker finalist, coach of the year, Frozen Four in the cities with a large sioux fan attendance, and then proceed to run right into a buzzsaw. Their fans think that titles are entitled to them and I love hearing them cry when it all comes crashing down on them in the Frozen Four.......again. HA!

I am an NDSU grad, a Notre Dame fan, and my daughter has been accepted to go to Notre Dame this fall. Even so, I was cheering for the Wolverines tonight. My hatred for und is stronger than my hatred for Michigan!!!

by reading the paper yesterday, I was convinced that Michigan would probably just forfeit because they simply had no chance!

on a positive note, according to the press this morning, the sue out shot and totally out played Michigan, so they received another moral victory!

now maybe we won't have to see all these idiots running around Fargo in their siouxage jersey's again until next hockey season.

from what I have grasped from FB and SS, 40-19 means the whioux won, not the 2-0 that implies michigan won. silly hockey rules. who do they think they are? cricket? 40-0 wins it for the sioux over 19-2 by michigan.

Clearly the only way to fix this unjust result is for our legislators to quickly pass a law requiring the state of North Dakota to recognize UND as 2011 College Hockey National Champions regardless of the NCAA’s ruling. Hakstol is already working on his email campaign.
