Second phase of T-Lofts is under way. The two small brick apartment buildings on the north side of 11th Ave are being torn down to make way for the new.

Checked out a room in one of those apartments once, as soon as I stepped in the building all I could smell was smoke and Indian food. Good riddance

Take it easy! My Soviet differential equations professor lived there, and even an ex gf. She made good macaroni, but no Indian food

The new T Lofts were great for the two years I lived there.

That expansion project is really loud for those that work different shifts, though. Today they were tearing off the bricks with an excavator.

Can't wait to be in my own home in the next two weeks.
