It should make it easy for us to get tickets to the Bison game at TCF next year....
The fans are ready to jump of the bridge in Gopherland!
and the new northern illinois coach is....craig bohl?
Don't matter. FIVE-PEAT!
I actually think Kill will win a lot of games for the Gophers next year. Defenses are supposedly easy to fix and, imo, the Gophers should just have pounded the ball all year and that fits Kill's style.
Kill is the anti-Brewster, great hire by the Gophers.
NDSU to the FBS always. In all ways.
I love the way this thread shows up on the main board. It looks like the new gopher coach is whoever posted last.
And the New Gopher Coach Is...

I love this hire for the Gophers. Kill has a good track record of turning losing programs around and won't blow the hot air that Brew did. My main concern is the lack of interest from all the fans because Kill isn't a big time name.
If Bisonville has taught me anything, it's that fans are fickle.
If Kill wins games, the fans will come around.
As Bohl and Vigen have shown, it doesn't matter if the fans believe in what you are doing, but it is critical that the players buy into it (and a lot of that has to do with having players with the character to commit to what the coaches are doing instead of moping around.) Heck, apparently having fans rag on the team the couple years has brought the Bison team together so maybe having fans having a hissy over Kill's hiring will have a similar effect on the Gophers.
