Seems like a low priority given costs but you have a point on the red seats. But replacing every blue seat would eat up the budget. Personally I think that's a cost NDSU should fund since it's for vanity. Not sure its worth it. Its not only the several million to buy them, its the labor to remove 30 year old bolts without stripping them. How annoying
