They had a toilet run over for the jmu game in the women's bathroom on east side. Couldn't shut it off so they had to shut the water off to the men's and women's bathroom on the east side north of the entrance. Shit happens. Jmu won't have to worry about it any time soon.

TLDR; Gate City Bank will still be the sponsor (for $2.5M over 10 years) and the new turf allegedly has a "stronger underlayment that is designed to hold its shape better". So check out the last spring practice this Saturday if you want to enjoy the crooked-ass yard lines one more time since it'll hopefully never get that bad again.

Not sure if anyone caught this, but there will be a meeting in July for expansion... maybe they were just waiting for Tony Gehrig to end his term. Denise Kolpack can't possibly be as bad a Tony was on the issue. At the very least, they would all support putting it to a vote
