A clear dominant force doesn't seem to exist, even including the past two years. The black & blue division of the FCS.

Sorry Scooter, but conference record is also critical at this point . . . just as much as overall record. 4-2 doesn't look nearly as good at 1-2 in conference. Western really lost a golden opportunity today. Sitting at 3-0 in coference would have been huge.

Interesting fact . . . SDSU at 1-4 has the same chance that we do to win the conference. The Jacks could win the conference and a playoff spot with a 6-5 record, 5-3 in conf. Stranger things have happened.

At this point, listing the standings by conference recorded is correct, with breaking conference record ties with overall record.

So...in two weeks when we are 6-2 going into the Bye week are you going to have the balls to reference this post? SDSU may be the biggest spoiler in our conference but with their schedule they will not win the MVC and you know it.
