The best part is that I watched the whole thing happen from my apartment balcony, from when the police first arrived. The article would have been so much better if they would have shared what the guy getting arrested was saying to the female police officer arresting him!
Oh so close to the taser being used, saw the red dots on him and everything!

In the process of being arrested, be was on his knees and kept asking, "wanna party??"
Also, some guys that live across the street saw what was going on and offered help to the officer, the guy says, "help her, she needs all the help she can get with me!"
