Default Tailgating rules from other Universities.

I am sticking this thread as a place to post the tailgate rules (and links) From other Universities. I will start this off by posting the link to Wyoming's. These rules seem more restrictive regarding alchohol than NDSU's rules are. Also remember, the tailgate scene at WYO is LAME.

We got in trouble for noise at the last Gopher game during the pregame tailgate behind The Depot. The MPD didn't like the 150 decibel air horn at 8:00am and I guess the people in the high rise condo just north of the parking lot didn't either.

Texas A&M, which has a very significant tailgate scene has a considerable set of rules, but not very restrictive.

The University of Central Florida from C-USA has a short set of rules that are not very restrictive......but they don't seem to like beer bongs.

    http://ucfathletics.cstv.com/brighth...ailgating.html

    • Propane cooking grills are highly recommended for tailgating. If using charcoal, carefully dispose of hot coals in designated barrels. All open flame cooking appliances must be a minimum of 10' away from any building, structure, or overhang.
    • Portable generators (1500 watts or less) are authorized in designated surface parking lots and tailgating areas.
    • Personal tents/canopies must be 10' x 10' or smaller.
    • Couches and indoor furniture are not permitted outdoors.
    • Kegs, glass containers and beer funnels are not authorized on campus.

They don't enforce these very much, I saw zero security when I was around. Sounded like some people tailgated overnight in some lots as well. Everyone has generators/couches/multiple tv's with smoker trailers etc. We basically did what we wanted.
