Something about "stubbing our toes with game experience" then basically said wont be looking to replace anyone for game experience. I am not saying we should replace some of these guys, but how about a quarter or 2 when we have a big lead, or game is out of reach, past history ( last 2 seasons) 2 score game in 4th qtr and it is out of reach. Come on, who on here actually thought that Mertens could bring us back, maybe he could but I dont have confidence in that happenning, wonder if the players around him have that confidence in him ?? Something better get turned around because the drums are beating, and the drums are getting louder.

Bohl also said our team did not throw a single punch during that scrum but their guy definitely threw one and maybe two.

So, when PP was up against the wall and threw a punch at UNI's LJ Fort, he didn't really throw a punch?!!

I can understand why PP got his adrenaline up enough to get him to that point, but the other guys that were on the sideline need to not escalate the situation. Fort's actions were horrible and he did get flagged for it, but we let them off the hook by getting our own personal foul to offset it.

Maybe he should've made sure we ran the correct play.

I thought I would dig this up from last season. Reading through these posts, it is clear that there is much more optomism on the part of Bison fans this year. Some nagging issues continue, such as Bohl's QB decisions, Play calling by Vigen, etc. But, much is moving in the right direction also. Most pointedly our defense.

You guys have to see that we have a very young team and it's not all of bohl's fault from last year, we weren't healthy at all last year and the o-coordinater hasn't done his part with the plays, bohl still over the years has had great success 3 years ago when he went 8-3 and 10-1, we had mostly seniors that year.
