I'll post this up, hoping i'll jinx it enough that we won't have to use it at all this season. Starting today...... no more major injury's so this thread will remain empty!!!!

I heard from someone working the scrimmage today that there was an injury on the first play. Anyone know who it was and to what extent?

WR from CA - ACL.

Not sure if WR from CA was hurt but the player hurt on first play of scrimmage was FB Lee Vandal fractured tibia and slightly torn MCL out mininum 4-6 weeks

That's not good at all. So, it's Drew Hushka now?
Who's moving into the 2 spot? Zach Papke? Anyone have any thoughts or observations on this kid?

Papke wasnt invited to fall camp not sure if hes joining team this fall which would leave the true freshman at that 2nd spot

My money is on Garrett Bruhn as the #2 FB behind Hushka. Kid looks ready to play. Did someone mention that maybe Grothman was getting looks as a LB ?
