As much as I absolutely hate UND, I kind of feel sorry for them.

They have had poor leadership and no vision, and now they have to give up their school's identity.

We are SO lucky to have Joe Chapman as our leader, which has made us the premier school in the state of North Dakota.

The whole uniforms arguement is stupid. Heck we used to get new f-ball and b-ball uniforms in high school every 3 years, at a 9-man school.

Colleges replace uniforms all the time, they just don't replace the style. If anything, they will make money on this, with all the people buying up the old "sioux" logo gear, and also the "sane" sioux fans (oxymoron), buying the new apparel.

The GF scheels will be more popular than Judy's tavern.

I'd like to feel bad for them but I don't. They wasted everyone's time and resources by lacking the cojones to deal with this head on. Instead, they dragged it out until the issue was decided for them. I still won't believe it until I see it happen. I know it won't happen but I really hope they are forced to go back to the flickertails. That would be epic. Call it karma's way of dealing with all the crap they spewed at us.
