Update one Warroad signee, Moses Heppner:

He went down to the Roseville Elite meet (invitation only) and won the 1600 in 4:17. That time is 2 seconds faster than the ND Class B record and would have won the last dozen or so ND Class A meets. Apparently, it was pretty windy too.

This is a great signing. His hometown newspaper reported that he was signed to a full scholarship and I doubted that Lars would ever give a full to a freshman. But given the fact that he ran a 4:17 in April, it may be true. When I ran for Lars, he only had 5 scholarships total. I hear that he has double that now, so maybe we could afford to start giving freshman fulls.

At that meet there was another NDSU signee who came in right behind him in around 4:19!
