I went to watch Mike Felt last night. Hello. 32 points, 9 assists and 9 rebounds. Effortless. 6'2 guard. I went expecting a spot up 3 point shooter, and saw the next coming of Mike Nelson. He scores in all different ways. Gets to the line, hangs in the air. He is smooth.

In the game before his, Marshall Bjorkland played. He has an offer from us as well. 6'8 PF who gets every rebound. Man on the court. We need this kid. Very solid shot at him. His sister is or was in the WNBA. Plays mean. Grabs every rebound in his area. The future is bright.

Those two play eachother tonight in the finals of their tourney. Should be interesting to see the stats. Both teams rolled. Felt jumps center and they play basically 5 guards. Bjorkland's team is really talented. I expecte Sibley East to roll, but Felt will score a bunch. I was shocked at how impressive Felt's passes were. He got his team involved and really controlled the tempo.

    Class of 2011

    Recruits

Offered-Joe Hanstad Dickinson ND, Trinity HS, 6'3 G[/QUOTE]

Joe is from Dickinson High, not Dickinson Trinity. I'd be ecstatic if the Bison could get him being from the area originally.

My brother is the Head Girls Coach for Sibley East who is playing in that same tournament and he said its actually a pretty good possibility Bjorkland could come to NDSU mainly because of the Ag Program at NDSU

Just hope Tubby or Iowa State don't call....and he may very well be wearing the green and gold. I was very impressed with his game. Kid is a beast. Loved the way he was grabbing rebounds with two hands and controlling the ball. Sort of reminded me of how Kevin Love dominated the glass at UCLA last year.

My brother just called me and said that Sibley East (Marshal Bjorklund) beat Redwood Valley (Mike Felt) 78-63. To win the Redwood Valley Holiday Tournement. He didn't have stats but he said both Marshall and Felt had a ton of points.
