They were "shittier" than us. We would have been down 28-0 at halftime against a team like N. Iowa. I was out scouting geese at the begining of the game, listening on the radio, and at one point in the first quarter Mertens was 1-7 for 11 yards. WTF!!!!

It was awesome this morning. They decoyed like it was the Sept. early season. Had our limit in no time. I couldn't believe it. Nov. 1 and the geese were easily fooled. Light wind and clear skies are forcasted for tomorrow morning so it could be tougher tomorrow.

Will be in northern MN for deer opener next weekend. Hope to have our deer so we can do some goose hunting the next week end down in South west MN at Lac qui Parle outside of Montevideo if the geese are there. If not then may be head home and catch the Bison game in Springfield. Mo.

This game just makes me . We won but we did not look good doing it. Once again a very slow start. That was the most silence I have heard at a Bison game in a long time. Unless you count the booing every time Mertens tried to throw a pass. He had the time tonight and still missed badly. You can't blame it on the Oline tonight. Mertens was just plain bad. We are no where close to a playoff team. After watching App last night we look like a D3 team. The band was good though. We have a very real chance that we lose both games that are left on the schedule.

We aren't even on the radar compared to App. State.

Its been unseasonable warm this fall, so the geese should still be there. However, the small lakes around here did freeze up earlier this week. But, with warm weather for the rest of the week they are back open.
