Damn. Any Jacks fans that can tell us what happened? Scored a TD with something like 20 seconds left. Scored 30 points in the 4th quarter. Scored 44 points in the second half. Only scored 6 in 1st. Won 50-48.

WOW, hell of a game. Either Stephen F. Austin has a kick ass offense, or SDSU can't stop anything.

I missed most of the second half, rejoining the game after the score was tied at 34. SDSU went ahead on a touchdown after trading interceptions with SFA. SFA ran the ensuing kickoff back for a touchdown to retie the game. SDSU drove for a field goal. SDSU's kickoff went OOB giving SFA the ball at their own 40. They scored on 3 or 4 great pass plays including an incredible catch in the endzone to go up by 4. SDSU drove in a similar fashion reaching the 2 yard line with 7.7 seconds to go. The pass was incomplete but SFA was offsides moving the ball to the 1 with 2.2 seconds to go. Berry took the ball in the shotgun and rolled to his right, pitched to Minett who dove for the touchdown, barely breaking the plane of the goal line as time expired.

SFA runs the Texas Tech offense. One-step drops. Five yard splits between linemen, etc. It's hard to defend when you're a more physical team. Plus we had five injured defensive starters who didn't play.

SFA has come a long way, I think. They're not great, but they're not bad. New offense. New defense. Last year we beat them 45-0.
