In my opionion, the only time we got into trouble last year was when we relied on the run too much and became predictable. Yes, even the stats at the end of the game were close to 50% run and pass, however alot of the passes were in the last quarter when we were behind and had to pass. The best games were when we threw the short passes down the line of scrimmage early along with a slant or two. Look at the Central Mich. game and the Minnesota game and compare them to the SLO game and the SDSU game.
