As a former lifeguard....I really can't stress enough....attractive women don't dig indoor pools.

Just a curiosity... Think it would be interesting to see what would happen if the administration was very pro or against something like this and the students were on the other side of the fence. I don't see a point in giving the students much of a say.

The difference is that this is a self-imposed "tax" on students....the students have to approve it; without it, the administration would have little chance of implementing it....
