    Finally saw Moonrise Kingdom. Liked it better than Rushmore.

    Same here. Both are great but the BoB was better in my opinion. For me I think what did it was the time the Pacific spent back in the United States. It kinda detached me from the characters a bit. In Band of Brothers, aside from Curahee, they were in the European theater the entire time.

    Holy crap, the new "Fate of the World" trailer for Superman is awesome. Can't wait for this movie. I'd link it but I can't at work.

    Agreed. I'm psyched for this one, and I think it has the potential to be my favorite movie of the summer, in a summer full of movies I'm excited about.

    ++++++++++++++++

    If I had to rank all the Wes Anderson films:
    Moonrise Kingdom
    Fantastic Mr Fox
    Rushmore
    Royal Tenenbaums
    Darjeeling Limited
    The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou

    And I still havent seen Bottle Rocket even though it has been on my Netflix queue forever...maybe now I'll finally watch it today.

    I never could get into the Pacific either. In fact, I don't even remember whether or not I finished the series. I was trying to go through as many series as I could on HBO Go at the time, and may have quit and gone onto the next series halfway through.

    Some say it's a backward place. Narrow minds on a narrow way, but I make it a point to say. That that's where I come from.

    This isn't exactly the same but I am wondering when I cancel my HBO subscription if everything I've recorded to my dvr will remain on there. I have HBO in demand and pretty much recorded most of the series I haven't seen. I could see them being blocked out once my subscription ends but I don't know.

    I DVRed all of season 2 of Game of Thrones during a free preview weekend and had no problem. Not sure if that's precisely the same though.

    Nothing will be removed from what you have recorded.
