    Default Day of Infamy

Today would be an appropriate day to sit down and reflect upon the dangers that Americans have faced and the sacrifices that many have made for the better good of our nation.

Another moment in time has passed into the history books.

CNN Story: "Last man in iconic Iwo Jima flag-raising photo dies"

That is not the iconic flag raising that we all think of. There was actually the 1st one to celebrate the conquest of the island/telling Japan they got owned. Joe Rosenthal didn't get a shot of it so he ran into a few Marines climbing up the volcano. They did another flag raising an you got the iconic shot. Not to take anything away from Raymond Jacobs but just a little history lesson.
