Classy or not, Brewster is still landing big recruit after big recruit. The list continues to grow on the big name players he is adding. He must be doing something right, otherwise he wouldn't be landing those type of players. The Gophers are bad, this is something we already knew before the season.

Perhaps this is a demonstration of the principle that some kids just want playing time and if presented correctly, a losing program can recruit because that's one thing a coach can promise: playing time.

I thought Minnesota might just can the guy anyway but looks like he's going to get a chance to recruit his own guys. What a gamble. If they have another year or two like this one....well, sad days to be a Gopher fan.

Wasn't it a sad day to be a Gopher fan last year when the Bison nearly upset them? Wasn't it a sad day when the Gophers blew that horrible lead to Texas Tech? Wasn't it a sad day to be a Gopher fan when they choked to Michigan? Wasn't it a sad day when they couldn't beat Virginia in 2005?
