Typically, once the 64 teams are selected to the NCAA tourney, the top 16 teams will host 4 other teams through the first two weekends. After the first two rounds, the final 16 will compete in the regionals. The four regional sites are as follows:

Stephen C. O’Connell Center
Gainesville, Florida
Host: University of Florida

Rec Hall
University Park, Pennsylvania
Host: Pennsylvania State University

Maples Pavilion
Stanford, California
Host: Stanford University

University of Wisconsin Field House
Madison, Wisconsin
Host: University of Wisconsin

The Final Four will be at ARCO arena in Sacremento.
