That remains to be seen. Kiffin hasn't been anywhere long enough to prove that he can coach. He also hasn't shown that he can recruit without violating NCAA rules either.

If we change to a 3-4, one of our DE's would probably be moved to linebacker. One of the LB's in a 3-4 is pretty similar to a DE in a 4-3.
