ND ballot measures 1 and 2 if approved would cut significant funds for all education across the state amoung other things....

FYI if anyone runs into it... Got the black video working on tv finally a while ago... apparently resolution troubles just for the video display part. Turned the laptop display off, so only tv screen...

It shows fine on the laptop screen, but transport it to tv ends up just black. Neat...

Anyone getting a black video when trying to display the feed on the tv?
