I think that's a good move. There are a lot of good dbacks in that area and Shep has credibility having played recently. He's a younger coach whose more likely to connect with the kids too.

Interesting thought actually... played DE... coaches at MSUM... loves the Bison... we actually still run a similar defense that he played under... kind of like the idea.
It would be a big stretch for Bradley to be our head coach (MUCH LESS A COORDINATOR!) unless Teammakers would chip in several hundred thousand to bump pay closer to a million.
Grant is kind of at the bottom of the pecking order with the graduate assistant title so I would imagine this would be a significant upgrade. May want to be closer to home? Not as experienced...
Not sure but I'm confident we will find an awesome replacement. We always do. I'm impressed we went 3 years without losing a single coach
